At Commercial Facilities Management, our technicians respond to emergency breakdown calls within 2 hours and routine maintenance calls generally scheduled quarterly are logged to our computized tracking system ensuring timely, prompt and efficient service.

Our service technicians are of the highest quality and are able to service and determine faults in all the leading brands of air conditioning equipment. Commercial Facilities Management also offers very competitive rates for scheduled service visits under our Preventative Maintenance Agreements which are custom made for all clients to ensure the best possible service and effectiveness is achieved.
